Fitness classes to be held

The Senior Center will be offering fitness classes, instructed by Kim Kawa, from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturdays. Participating seniors are reminded to work at their own pace as well as to dress comfortably — wearing sneakers and bringing a towel or mat to lie on during exercises.

Circuit training equipment has been introduced during the Center’s Saturday class. The program is free. For more information, contact the Senior Center at 686-3930.
