Man too drunk to ride bicycle

Aug. 23
• A William Street resident complained that his son’s ex-girlfriend and her friends kept driving by the house and sounding their horns.
• A Gualbert Street resident reported that a neighbor in an upstairs apartment poured mustard all over the complainant’s things in the back hallway.

Aug. 24 • A Roland Street woman complained that a neighbor was harassing her by not giving her a neighborhood pamphlet. Police went to village hall, spoke to the mayor and obtained a pamphlet for the complainant.
• Police responded to a disturbance call on Lemans Drive of yelling and banging. Reportedly, the noise was because the grandfather “had his hands full” with four children.
• Police responded to an unattended child call on Walden Avenue only to find the mother in the rear seat.

• A Woodell Avenue resident complained that tenants have the windows open and are making “a ridiculous amount of noise.”

• A Kaufman Road resident reported that a neighbor had a surveillance camera that is recording her every time she goes outside.
• Police received a complaint from a Cleveland Drive resident about a new denomination church in which people were “screaming, yelling and singing every night” with all the windows open.
• Police received a call that an intoxicated male kept going in and out of a French Road restaurant and bothering customers.

• Police responded to a neighbor dispute on Cleveland Drive about a dog defecating.

Aug. 28
• A Sebring Drive man told police had driven home from downtown and noticed a male in the bed of his pickup truck when he was backing into his driveway. The complainant said he was afraid to approach the man in the truck, who was taken to a coffee shop on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo.
• Police responded to a call on Walden Avenue of a “scruffy woman in need of a bath” standing in the median holding a sign that said “need ride.” The woman was reportedly begging for money to get back to Boston. Police advised the woman on loitering laws in New York State and sent on her way.
• A Huth Road resident complained that a neighbor was painting his house and getting paint on the complainant’s brand new truck. The complainant added that the neighbor was intoxicated and “unfriendly.”
• Police responded to a call on Como Park Boulevard of a male who kept falling off his bicycle. The man reportedly told the complainant that he was too drunk to ride his bike and that there were supposed to be two children on bikes with him.

Aug. 29
• An Ontario Drive resident complained that someone in a black Mustang was doing burnouts on the street just about every night.
• A dancer at an Aero Drive strip club reported that she was jumped by another dancer and received a leg injury when management tried to separate the two. The complainant was reportedly belligerent and uncooperative.
• Police received a complaint from a Clinton Street resident that a neighbor in an upstairs apartment threw the complainant’s Christmas decorations all over the basement and took the totes.
• Police responded to a disturbance call on Preston Road as 10 females were reportedly outside a residence, yelling and wanting to fight the complainant over posts on Facebook and text messages. Police reportedly advised all in regards to “childish behavior” and advised their parents as well.
