Loud, naked, hot tub party reported on Martinique
Monday, Feb. 13
A Marne Road female reported that her baby’s father was sitting in her car in the driveway and wouldn’t leave.
Police responded to a disturbance call outside a Walden Avenue business after receiving two complaints. The first complainant said a male grabbed a female and tried knocking her down. The second complainant, a male, said a female spit in his face because he skipped her in line at the store.
An Ivanhoe Road male reported that the female in the lower apartment damaged the lock to his apartment and he couldn’t get in. When police arrived, the females from the upper and lower apartments were “about to fight.”
A male was removing garbage bags on Harlem Road.
Three people on Carefree Lane reported hearing someone yelling, “Help me” from the creek behind the house. Police didn’t find anything in a search.

Tuesday, Feb. 14
A female evicted in December from a Reiman Street apartment was found in the apartment. Police took the woman to the Erie County Medical Center.
A Union Road woman reported that her husband was acting irrationally and throwing things around. The two reportedly had a verbal argument as to where to spend their romantic evening.

Wednesday, Feb. 15
A Brown Avenue male filed a report at the police station because he believed someone was stealing gas from cars during the overnight hours.
A Drake Drive female reported that her 14-year-old daughter was “having a fit” after the mother said she didn’t approve of the girl dating an 18-year-old. The daughter was reportedly pounding the walls and acting erratically.
A female motorist whose car broke down on Dick Road between George Urban Boulevard and Genesee Street insisted on directing traffic. Police advised her to move herself out of the street.
A 13-year-old Gierlach Street male reported that his mother was upset with him because he wore her socks to school.

Thursday, Feb. 16
An intoxicated female punched a waitress inside a Genesee Street restaurant and then fled with two other people in a car. A police report was filed for assault.
Police arrested a male on Thruway Plaza Drive for allegedly urinating on a female.
A motorist on Walden Avenue reported that his ex-girlfriend’s father tried to run him off the road.

Friday, Feb. 17
A customer at a Harlem Road business reported hearing an employee locked in the back room crying and yelling. No other employees were in the building. The female employee had a panic attack. Her husband picked her up.
A baggie containing white powder was found in the desk of a student in an Alexander Avenue school. The package didn’t contain drugs; it was part of a cooking kit. It was tested and turned over to the principal.
A Crocker Street resident reported that a female walked into the house trying to sell meat.

Saturday, Feb. 18
A Carefree Lane female reported that her ex-husband’s girlfriend was posting photos of the complainant’s 3-year-old daughter on Facebook, even though the complainant had already asked her to stop.
A female was sitting slumped over in the middle of a parking lot outside a Union Road business.
A Harlem Road female claimed that someone took her home and threw her on her bed to die. Hospital officials were contacted and told police the complainant was a patient and that the hospital would follow up with her.
The resident of a Genesee Street apartment building reported that a male was being obnoxious, singing loudly and swearing.
An anonymous complainant reported that there was a loud, naked, hot tub party going on at a Martinique Drive address.

Sunday, Feb. 19
Twenty-five youths were “causing a ruckus” inside a Walden Avenue hotel and were escorted out by police. The same group was later escorted out of an Anderson Road hotel.
A Rossler Avenue resident reported that an ex-girlfriend had called hundreds of times during the past six months and that the complainant’s vehicle had been damaged the night before.
Police received a call that an elderly female with a walker was begging people for cigarettes on Borden Road. Witnesses said the female is there every day.
