Town man sentenced to one year for trespassing, larceny
Nicholas Harber, 38, was sentenced Monday to a year in jail by Cheektowaga Town Judge Paul Piotrowski in connection with a guilty plea to criminal trespass and petit larceny, according to a press release from Cheektowaga police.
Harber, a Preston Road resident, was arrested by Cheektowaga police in September after he allegedly burglarized a family member’s home and stole several credit cards. He was charged with burglary and grand larceny.
Piotrowski imposed the maximum sentence on Harber for the nature of the crimes and an extensive criminal history, the release said.
