Lego Explorers’ Club

Head to the library for some Lego building fun and themed challenges presented by volunteers with the Y.E.S. program from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 27. The program is for children ages 6-10. Call or stop by the library to register.

PeeWee Puppets Presents: ‘Do One Thing’

A family-friendly puppet show will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 22. The program is for all ages, and registration is required. Call or stop by the library to sign up.

Movin' and Groovin'

The library will host Movin’ and Groovin’, a music and fitness fun program, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26. The program actively engages children in music and activities, turning rambunctiousness into positive energy. The program is for children ages 18 months to 6 years. Call or stop by the library to register.

Buffalo Animal Adventures presents: Australian and Asian Adventure

Come to the library and see eight live animals from Australia and Asia at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5. The program is for all ages, and registration is required. Call or stop by the library to register.

Battle of the Books

For team members and their families. Learn the rules, the schedule and receive your books. Regular practice meetings are 10 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. This program is for children entering sixth through ninth grade in the fall. Team members will practice one book each week (total of five) to prepare for the Battle of the Books, held on Saturday, Aug. 5, at Erie Community College South Campus. Jumpbunch!

The library will host fitness fun at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 27. The program is for children ages 6-12, and space is limited, so call or stop by the library to register, as soon as possible.

Knit Night

Come unwind and socialize with some quiet knitting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 25. The program is for teenagers and adults. Beginners are welcome, and bringing your own supplies is preferred. Call or stop by the library to register.

Aquarium of Niagara Touch Tank

Live aquatic life at the library at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 22. The program is for all ages. Two sessions are available, but you can sign up for only one session. Each session has 37 spots available. Call or stop by the library to register.
