Coloring Club

Join us for a relaxing experience with an hour of coloring at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, and at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17. Enjoy soothing music and a hot drink at this easy program made for relaxation. The library will provide the materials, so just bring yourself. Registration is required.

Crochet Corner

Crocheters of all skill levels are invited to pass off tips and tricks of crocheting at the library from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10. Make sure to bring your own supplies. The program is for adults. Seating is limited, so call or stop by the library to register.

‘If You Give a Mouse a Cookie’

This program for children ages 3-6 is all about Laura Numeroff books, and we will read several of her stories to see how circle stories work from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m Wednesday, Feb. 21. Participants will also get to play games and make crafts based on the characters’ favorite foods and activities in the books. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Lego Explorers’ Club

Children in kindergarten through fifth grade who like to explore and build can come to the library at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, for the Lego Explorers’ Club. Call or stop by the library to sign up.

Zoomobile: Magnificent Mammals

Come to the library and meet live mammals from all around the world from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24. This is an all-ages program. Call or stop by the library to sign up.

Department Of Social Services assistance

Interns from the Erie County Department of Social Services will be on hand to provide assistance with applying for help with food, help with heating, bills, SNAP, WIC, finding legal assistance, home weatherization, finding health clinics and other social service programs. Assistance is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Wednesday in February. Walk-ins are typical, but calling the library ahead is also welcome.

Y.E.S. Valentine's Day Craft

Description: Come make a fun Valentine’s Day craft with Y.E.S. Program volunteers from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10. The program is for children ages 3-5. Call or stop by the library to sign up.

Sing Me a Story with Susan King

This all-ages program, scheduled for 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, includes original songs, familiar favorites, sing-alongs, costumes, puppets, instruments and lots of audience participation. Call or stop by the library to sign up.

Family Movie Series

Head to the library to watch “Jumanji” in a theater-like setting with freshly popped in-house popcorn and water from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday. Feb. 24. Call or stop by the library to sign up.
