The following events are all scheduled at the Anna M. Reinstein Memorial Library, 2580 Harlem Road, Cheektowaga. For more information on any event, call 892-8089.

Crochet Corner

Those interested in learning to crochet, combine basic stitches to create patterns or learn to read patterns can stop by the library at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10. Registration is required. This event is for adults who are encouraged to bring their own supplies.

SPCA Paws for Love

Visitors can read to a certified therapy dog or just stop by for a visit at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14. No registration is required.

Knit Corner

Learn how to knit the continental way at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14. It’s easy for most crocheters. This class is for adult beginners or those who want to learn the continental way, and participants are asked to bring their own supplies. Registration is required.

Y.E.S. Craft Night

Children ages 6 to 10 years old can enjoy a fun autumn craft at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19.

The following events are all scheduled at the Julia Boyer Reinstein Memorial Library, 1030 Losson Road, Cheektowaga. For more information on any event, call 668-4991. Note: The library will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 25, and Tuesday, Jan. 1.

Tiny Tots Time

Children ages 6 to 24 months and their parents can head to the library for lapsit, songs, nursery rhymes, toy time and bubbles. The session runs at 10:15 a.m. Mondays through Nov. 19. Registration is required, and space is extremely limited, so call or stop by to sign up.

Toddler Time

This event is for children 2 to 31/2 years of age and features stories, songs, felt play, crafts and more. This event will be at 11:15 a.m. Tuesdays through Nov. 13.

Preschool Story Hour

Children ages 3 to 5 who enjoy stories, songs, felt play, crafts and more can head to the library for this event. This session has a bugs theme and will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Nov. 13. Registration is required.

Toddler Time No. 2

This event is for children 2 to 31/2 years of age and features stories, songs, felt play, crafts and more. This event will be at 10:15 a.m. Fridays through Nov. 16. Space is extremely limited, and registration is required.

Book a Technology Trainer

Free 45-minute sessions are designed to assist with software support or internet training from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10.

Movin’ and Groovin’

Children ages 18 months to 6 years can have music exercise fun and dance to the beat at the library from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 10. Space in the program is limited.

Hooks, Needles and Threads

Come unwind and socialize with some knitting, crocheting and needlework. The event will run from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, Nov. 13 and 27. Registration is required, and all levels of experience are welcome. Participants are asked to bring their own supplies if possible.

Y.E.S. Thanksgiving Craft

Come make a spooky fun craft with the Cheektowaga Y.E.S. program at the library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14.
